Treat yourself to an unforgettable break in our swimming pool, located on a natural balcony overlooking the beautiful Umbrian valleys.

Very spacious (16 x 8 m) and open from June to September, for exclusive use of our guests.

To live in the fullest of nature, in different period of the year, you can participate in harvesting olives (October-November), grape harvest (September), picking truffles (summer time) with our dogs or even going to collect cherries (summer), asparagus (spring / autumn) and mushrooms (autumn) ... All this in our estate.

Excursions and horseback riding in nearby Massa Martana and Giano dell'Umbria.

A few minutes away there are facilities for playing tennis, football, sport fishing, or even shooting at Umbriaverde Sporting & Resort.

For bicycle lovers, the landscapes of the Martani Mountains offer numerous trails, including the Martani Superbike.

The bravest ones can try sailing and paragliding in Castelluccio of Norcia, rafting on the River Rafting in the Val Nerina area, trekking in the nearby Martani Mountains or Monte Subasio, for a total of 110 km.
