Siamo partiti domenica mattina alle 6 e 30 e siamo arrivati a casa nostra alle 18. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana all’agriturismo Trosciole e ti ringraziamo per la tua disponibilità e la tua simpatia. Il posto è ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e penso che ci torneremo.

Ieri sera siamo arrivati a casa. Ti voglio ringraziare per la tua ospitalità e per la bella vacanza. Ci è piaciuto tanto l’agriturismo Trosciole e l’anno prossimo vogliamo tornare. Venerdì sera abbiamo reunione. Dopo venerdì spero di confermare.

Hallo dear Gianni,
Since almost 3 weeks we are now back in Holland, and now we have time to contact you. I worked 2 weeks already and Sjang dit his jobs in organisation en presentation. The trip from Umbrie to Holland was very good. The car had a nice airco and I could drive fast with it. We had went through the Gothardtunnel without waiting. We only stopped for drinking and eating. We started at 6 o clock from Trosciole and we were at home at 23.15 h. the same day. After all I was glad that we slept another night at the farmhouse and didn´t leave that same night . We spent a nice hour with your family when we came back with the hired car that last night. We were happy to have a car at last. Your mother and father gave us wine and water, sausages cheese and plums. She gave us the rest of the plums to eat on the trip back and we did so. We did the talking with hands and feet. Your little sister is learning English and tried some words and sentences in English, so I think she wil speak it well in a couple of years. Our own car is fixed now. We got a nice bouquet of flowers from the insurance to say sorry for the way all things happened. You deserve also one we think.
When we look back we had a nice holiday in Umbria but when we didn´t had you ,Gianni, at that moment , it would have been much more difficult for us. So we would like to thank you again for all you did for us. The telephone calls, the contact with Sixt, the preparation of the mountainbikes, the wine and olive oil and all the fruit and vegetables and jam etc. And also, not to forget, we liked the conversations we had with you. We wish you luck with the beautiful Agriturismo Trosciole, a wonderfull place in Umbria.
Our warmest greetings to you, your wife and the little Tomasso and to your lovely family.
Maybe we´ll meet again some day.

We were vary satisfied with our accomodation in Umbria, Massa Martana. The apartment was spacious and neat. The small inventory of the kitchen (pots and pans) could have been a bit better, but for us it was also a good excuse to eat outside! There is a lot of space around the house and it has an excellent location. It would have been comfortable to have some decliners near the house, but Gianni gave us some from the pool area without problem. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and can recommend it to any future guest.

Dear Gianni,
We had a great time at Agritrosciole. It is so nice and peaceful up your hill! The appartment itself was really just right: clean, spacious enough and very practical. The softly blowing mountain wind is comfortable in the July heat (and the swimming pool also :-)). Umbria really surprised us, in a good way. So many nice cities we visited (Todi was our favorite), not too many tourists and great food! With our Italian-words-guide and quite a lot of Umbrians speaking enough English we – not very experienced Italy-visitors – managed to get around quite easily. Thanks for your non-intrusive hospitality during the 2 weeks and probably until the next time!

we still have had an excellent holiday. The agriturismo was lovely, the surroundings beautiful and we had nice weather. What more can someone wish for.I also wanted to let you know the location is good and especially the welcoming and helpful are heart-warming. They really try to make everybody comfortable and have everything under control. Wewant to thank you again and who knows whether we will come back to you also next year.
